"Leaders are born, not made, and how they develop is critical for organizational change" (Rooke and Tolbert, 2005).
Technology leaders must adapt to different situations on a daily basis. Understanding who you are working with and knowing your own action login can help you identify yourself as an effective leader. This screencast describes the seven different leadership styles as described in Seven Transformations of Leadership by David Rooke and William R. Torbert. |

This is a screen cast I created to highlight the basic components of project-based learning. The Educational Technology program through MSU has taught me that creating screencasts for my students can be very beneficial. I create a screencast for most of my lessons and add them to my classroom website. This allows parents/guardians to also see what lesson was being taught in the classroom. If students need extra reinforcement, they can simply re- watch the screencast from home.

This is a video I created to highlight the importance of the Maker Movement. We are all creators and taking the moment to look back in history and look at the creative minds we are capable of, is an experience in itself.

This is a screen cast I created to help educators use their Makey Makey kits in order to record their voices using a program called Scratch. Going above and beyond to assist teachers as well as students on how to best implement technology into their classrooms has always been a passion of mine.

This is a quick, fun video of myself utilizing my Makey Makey kit while playing Banana Bongos. This highlights just one of the many fun projects I had the opportunity to experience throughout the MAET at Michigan State University.
